Bali will host the International Yoga Festival which will be attended by 1,000 yoga instructors from all around the world. Dr. Somvir, the head of Bali-India Foundation, said that the festival will be held on March 3rd through March 10th 2009 in Denpasar.
The festival was also held in Bali at the first time. The yoga instructors will also give yoga lesson for those who want one during the festival. The yoga lesson can be attended by anyone and it can cure many kinds of illness as well as maintaining health and mind well-being.
“During the festival, the yoga instructors will be teaching yoga to anyone interested so you should go to the festival,” added Somvir. The instructors will aso share their yoga knowledge to each other in order to develop yoga itself.
