Bali will become the host of Asian belly dance festival that being held for four days starting from February 25 to 28, 2010. The venue of this festival is Ayodya Resort Bali that located at Nusa Dua, Bali.
According to Felix Rusli, Director Magnificent 9 Production that taking care this event, when it comes to art, culture, and dance, Bali seems to be a constant hub of activity and creative energy. “As far as festivals and workshops go, where better that this rocking little island to set up camp,” stated Rusli in the release that receive by International Bali Post on Wednesday.
Rusli added, with that in mind, the Belly Dance Festival Asia will be held on this Island of Gods, bringing the world of Middle Eastern Dance.
Besides the performance by the nights during the fetival, Master instructors “Jilina” will teach by day. “As a cultural exchange, some our best local dancers will also be featured is Suzanna Hutabarat – Tibble from Hareem Queen Belly Dance Jakarta, showing her innovative approach to an ancient art form”.
The release declared that 15 countries already support and registered on this event, the country is:Indonesia, Singapore, Philippine, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan.
Asian Belly Dance Festival event highlight its Workshops, Woman’s Talk shows; Woman’s Food & Bazaar, Special Gala Dinner, and Asian Belly Dance Competition will all be part of the four day event held at Ayodya Hotels & resort, along with other participating hotels and venues.
