According to the Minister of Transportation decree No. 35/2003 regarding the inclusion of company’s name and logo at the front door of the taxis whilst Blue Bird name confessed imprinted at the front door precisely in the middle of it. Blue Bird Group Vice President, Noni Purnomo asserted that PT Praja Bali Transportasi does not violating Minister of Transportation Decree concerning the inclusion of company name and logo at the front door of the taxis. It is due to none of the taxis front doors that contain Blue Bird name on it as what was mentioned in that warning letter. She said that his party never imprinted Blue Bird name at the front door of the taxis as been mentioned in that warning letter.
