Parisada Hindu Dharma Indonesia (PHDI) Bali – Hindu’s highest council in Indonesia – urged for Hindu, especially for its young generation at “Pengrupukan” night on March 15, 2010 or a day before the holy day Nyepi Caka 1932, to conduct ogoh-ogoh parade in order. This kind of effort is needed in order to keep conducive atmosphere and get rid of unwanted event to take place. Moreover with the election four regents/vice regents and major/vice major in the beginning of May 2010 in Bali make the fourth regencies/city becomes more aware and careful with the friction between the mass of regent/major candidate supporters in Pengrupukan night.
