Considering rotating blackout happened recently as well as last year, YLPK as costumer protection institution demanded for PLN to give 10 percent compensation. That 10 percent compensation should comes from the subscription fee (basic electricity rate), It is according to the Director General of Electricity and Energy Utilization decree. That decree makes compensation given to the consumer from PLN need no decree from President anymore. Read more about PLN Compensation here.
