Jembrana Tower area that also has a function for this regency cultural-hall until today is still ineffective. Instead of using the hall for varied of cultural performance, the event choose to perform at Ardha Chandra stage that is precisely still in one area with Jagatnatha Temple. The fact that every performance take place at that temple always receive protest due to the cleanliness of the temple whether in term of waste and menstruation hindrance makes the holy area becomes impure.
