United Nation Institution for environment program or known as UNEP recommended to the countries in the world to conduct rehabilitation effort for the sea ecosystem. This recommendation was delivered in concern with Blue Carbon development concept launched by UNEP. The Blue Carbon concept itself could prove the role of sea ecosystem and coastal area that filled with mangrove forest, sea grass and coral reef in absorbing the carbon. Due to the heavy damage suffered by mangrove forest, sea grass and coral reef around the world, this effort is needed in order to fight against climate change.
