Three Buddhist temples in the sacred Besakih Temple compound, Karangasem district in Bali, venerated Hyang Widhi Wasa, the great unity God who delivers godsend welfare to human beings. “Piodalan” on the three temples of the 18 Besakih temple complexes are to express respect of the money or income which has been bestowed to the Hindus.

The government of Karangasem Regency reminded that there are possibilites of landslide to happen in Besakih, an area located about 65 kilometers to the south east of Denpasar. Certain spots in the slope of Mount Agung are known to be prone to landslide.
