Denpasar – Tourists who are visiting Kuta beach need to be more careful, especially if they want to go swimming or surfing because of the high waves that are starting to emerge on the beach. The waves at Kuta beach were almost three meters high.

Out of a number of incidents, several people died in Kuta beach whilst some others saved during 2008. According to the data from Badung Government, out of all incidents taking place in Kuta beach in 2008, 15 killed in the most famous beach in Bali and 298 others managed to be saved by the lifeguards.

Kuta beach, one of the most favorite tourist sites in Bali, started to look packed on Wednesday, November 12th 2008, after quiet for the last few days. Even though the number of tourists not as crowded as before, but tourists already started to surf and sub bath on the beach.
