Supporting program of Rabies Free Bali, Denpasar Government is more focusing on comprehensive prevention program in vanishing rabies. The pointed area of the pilot project is Sanur. This tourism area received this program this month while Rabies Free Program targeting for six months until April 2012.

Denpasar government planted 12,500 trees to support the program of planting a million of trees promoted by Indonesian President, Susilo Bambang Yodhoyono. The program was started by i.B. Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra, the deputy of Denpasar Mayor by planting trees at Teuku Umar Barat on Monday (December 1st).

Algot Backlan, 23 years old Swedish tourist, was found dead in Sanur Beach. Erin C Rusmana, the vice director of Criminal Division of Bali Police Department said “We have found a body that was suspected as Algot Backlan who was reported missing by the Swedish Embassy.”
