Water Police Bali is succeeded to fail smuggling of 18 turtles to Bali as they will be a kind of food, on Monday. “We had saved three people to lift the turtles from the ocean to the land while the smuggler named Sudir has escaped,” said Water Police Director AKBP Agus Doeta.

Denpasar – Authorized Departments in Bali managed to prevent turtle smuggling into Bali over the past few months. Wawan Ridwan, the director of the Marine Program in Indonesian World Wildlife Fund, said “The Turtle trades in Bali have increased again over the previous months and we must act on it immediately.”
